SAKANI HOUSING PROGRAM

The Sakani Housing Program is a digitally enabled support that allows Saudi citizens to own their first house through subsidized mortgages and matched sustainable housing options based on their financial capabilities.

Other government initiatives include creating a home ownership association (Mullak Program), introducing real estate tax exemptions, reducing down payments, developing new mortgage products, and the establishment of the General Authority for Real Estate, National Housing Company (NHC) and Real Estate Developers Services Centre (Etmam), all of which aim to regulate and enable solutions for the real estate market.
